Punishment of the crime

From around 03:34 to 03:53 on August 23, 2018, the Defendant interfered with the business of the victim F, who works on the road packing hole of the victim F, i.e., on the ground that he is performing construction work on the water packing site in the crosswalk between 'C' and 'D' on the ground that he is performing construction work on the water packing site in the crosswalk between 'C' and 'D' and 'D' without pedestrian safety facilities, thereby leaving sckes on the surface of the Gu, which was located at the site to obstruct the construction.
