Defendant shall be punished by a fine of seven million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On July 13, 2020, around 05:05, the Defendant: (a) at the front of the Seocho-gu Seoul Seocho-gu Seoul building; (b) the Defendant’s house located in the Defendant’s house, “influence to death” of a woman-friendly Gu C, who was killed by the Defendant at the Defendant’s house, was reported 112; and (c) the police officer E affiliated with the Seocho-gu Police Station D police box called Seoul, Seocho-gu, Seoul, attempted to arrest the Defendant in the act of assault, confinement, and to board the patrol vehicle.
