A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On February 17, 2017, around 02:35, the Defendant called up with a 112 report to the effect that C interfere with the packaging horse business before the Jeju-si, and then arrested C in the act of committing an offense and was on board the patrol vehicle after the arrest of C, the Defendant “dle persons without permission” to the Assistant E, a police officer belonging to the Jeju-dong Police Station D District Unit of the Jeju-dong Police Station, who was on the patrol vehicle.
