Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,500,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

No person shall cover a motor vehicle registration number plate nor make it illegible, and such a motor vehicle shall not be operated.

Nevertheless, around 07:15 on July 24, 2013, the Defendant intentionally made it difficult for the Defendant to identify the registration number plate by attaching a paper to the registration number plate, after driving from the side of the ethical passenger car to the intersection of the Ethical zone in Dongjak-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government.
