A defendant shall be punished by a fine of 500,000 won.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

No one shall cover a registration number plate nor make it illegible, and such a motor vehicle shall not be operated.

Nevertheless, on January 31, 2014, the Defendant attached a bicycle post-type string to the string door of the car Karen B, and operated the Gu-U.S. car string in a state where the number plate is attached to the car.
