Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A is a representative director of a food manufacturing and processing enterprise in the Gwangju Mine-gu H, and Defendant B is an employee of the above company.

1. Manufacture of foods using additives or prohibited substances;

(a) No person shall use chemical synthetics, the standards and specifications of which are not publicly announced as foods or food additives, or substances containing such chemical synthetics for food;

Nevertheless, around May 2013, the Defendant manufactured “J” 3g x 24 x 501 (total market price equivalent to 40 million won) using the “Slurluraman”, which is a chemical compound similar to “Turluraman,” which is a chemical compound, the criteria and specifications of which are not publicly notified.

B. No one shall use chemical synthetics, the standards and specifications of which are not publicly announced as foods or food additives, or substances containing such chemical synthetics for food purposes.

Nevertheless, on March 2014, the Defendants conspired to use the “K” 3g x 10 circulation x 120 (total market price of 10 million won) using the “K” which is a chemical synthetic compound similar to the “Thluraman,” which is a chemical synthetic compound, the criteria and specifications of which are not publicly notified.

2. No foods, etc., the standards for labeling of sale of which have not been determined due date, shall be sold, imported, displayed or transported for sale, or used for business, unless such standards are indicated;

Nevertheless, on March 2014, the Defendants conspired to sell to M the 3g "K" x 10 capture x 120 (total market value of 10 million won) in collusion with the Defendants, from G Co., Ltd., a food seller of M operated in Gangdong-gu Seoul L or 402, with no time limit for distribution.

3. Any person who manufactures or processes foods not prepared in documents pertaining to the receipt of raw materials shall pay raw materials for documents relating to the production and work records and raw materials to be stored, shipped, and used;
