Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for eight months.

However, as to the Defendants for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendants are those operating ‘D' main points in Seo-gu, Seoan-gu, Seoan-gu, Seoan City C2 as a partnership business.

1. A person who intends to operate a food manufacturing business without registration shall register his/her business with the Minister of Food and Drug Safety;

Nevertheless, from June 2015 to October 2015, the Defendants conspired and did not obtain a license for liquor manufacturing business from the competent authorities at the main point of “D”, which is a general restaurant from around June 2015 to around October 2015, without obtaining a license from the competent authorities, and without making a registration for food manufacturing business, the 700mlances made the product in the name of “E” by manufacturing the product in the name of “E” and selling 2,5380,000,000 won in total by manufacturing the product in the name of “E” in the name of “E”.

As a result, the Defendants conspired to manufacture alcoholic beverages without registering food manufacturing business to the competent authorities.

2. No one shall sell food containing additives which are chemical synthetic compounds, the standards and specifications of which are not publicly announced, or manufacture, import, process, use, cook, store, subdivide, transport or display for sale food containing additives, the standards and specifications of which are not publicly announced by the Minister of Food and Drug Safety;

Nevertheless, the Defendants, as described in the above paragraph (1), manufactured and sold “E” as described in the above paragraph (1) by adding colors even for the purpose of making sium sium sium sium case and sium sium sium sium sium sium sium, which are chemical compounds, the standards and specifications of which are not publicly announced, to which the standards and specifications are not publicly announced.

As a result, Defendants conspired to manufacture and sell food containing chemical synthetics in which standards and specifications are not publicly announced.
