A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The Defendant is a person who manages the Internet Blob "E" (F) while operating the "D veterinary hospital" in Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government C.
1. Violation of the Food Sanitation Act;
(a) No person who violates any prohibition, such as sale of chemical synthetics, etc. not determined and supported by standards and specifications, shall use additives which are chemical synthetics not supported by such standards and specifications or substances containing such chemical synthetics as food additives, or sell foods containing such food additives or manufacture, import, processing, use, cooking, cooking, subdividing, transport or display such foods for sale;
1) On January 6, 2014, the Defendant: (a) installed two manufacturing seasons for 15 liters at the foregoing veterinary hospital; and (b) removed two chemical synthetic compounds containing approximately 8 to 16 ppm of “Bever” in the method of electricity melting them by inserting two static voltages in a 15 liter container; and (c) made six of the used solution (1,000 mills) for the purpose of selling them as mixed beverages; and (d) sold KRW 50,000 to G around January 6, 2014 from that time to March 2, 2016; and (e) sold KRW 2,014 (2,014 in total at the market price, 302, 300 won in total) for 420 occasions as shown in the attached list of crimes (1) from that time, from that time to March 2, 2016.
Accordingly, the Defendant manufactured and sold food containing chemical synthetics not supported by the standards and specifications.
2) On January 2014, the Defendant: (a) transferred the distilled water produced by dypines from a plastic house with an area of 231 square meters, located in G Kimpo-si, Kimpo-si, Kimpo-si, to the above veterinary hospital; and (b) made it for the purpose of selling an Achlorate (28%) 500 milliliium (a chemical synthetic compound (78%) by mixing the 500 milliliium (28%) with the 600 milliliiums of distilled water with the chemical synthetic compound (50%) compounding the 600 gypium in the same manner; and (c) made it for the purpose of selling beverages by mixing it with beverages (50%).
