Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 13:00 on August 7, 2013, the Defendant obtained pecuniary benefits equivalent to KRW 180,000,000, by having the Plaintiff operate a taxi for business purpose operated by the victim B while having no intent or ability to pay the taxi fee, as if the Defendant would pay the taxi fee by getting on the taxi for business purpose operated by the victim B, the Defendant would pay the taxi fee of KRW 180,000 on the same day.

2. On August 7, 2013, the Defendant: (a) around 16:00 on August 7, 2013, 2013, the Defendant: (b) stated that “I will pay the taxi fare to E-si driven by the victim while having no intent or ability to pay the taxi fare; and (c) would have the victim go to the above Kimcheon Station at around 19:30 on the same day, and then would have the victim go to the above Kimcheon Station at around 19:30 on the same day; and (d) on the same day, I would have the victim pay KRW 70,000 for the purchase price of the taxi and KRW 300,000 for the purchase price of the taxi.”

3. At around 01:30 on August 8, 2013, the Defendant: (a) stated that “the Defendant would pay KRW 200,000,00 of the taxi fare if he/she gets aboard G-si operated by the Victim F while having no intention or ability to pay the taxi fare; (b) stated that the Defendant would pay the victim the taxi fare of KRW 200,000 on the same day to the front day of the Daegu Dong-gu M-si; and (c) made the victim operate the taxi until the front day of the said M-si on the same day; and (d) made the victim pay the purchase cost, such as saber, at a rest area around the same day on the same day, with the meal fee of KRW 21,00,00 on behalf of the victim; and (d) made the victim pay the taxi fare of KRW 100,000 on the day when he/she returned from the above M-si to the M-si dong on the same day by 0:000 on the same day.
