A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
"2019 Highest 5291"
1. On August 27, 2019, the Defendant, at around 10:00 on August 27, 2019, stolen the victim’s PC room located in Daegu Dong-gu Dong-gu B, Daegu, and then stolen KRW 20,00 in cash from the victim’s PC where the victim D’s toilet was placed on his/her book by means of crehs.
2. On September 6, 2019, the Defendant stolen 30,000 won in cash from the “F” bank located in Daegu Dong-gu, Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, on September 6, 2019, at the PC bank, and from the victim’s home where the victim’s G is located on his/her book between the victim’s home page and unfolding.
3. On September 11, 2019, the Defendant stolen, at around 19:58 on September 11, 2019, a gymnasium located in H in Daegu-gu Dong-gu, Daegu-gu, a gymnasium, and a gymnasium at the victim J-owned market price of KRW 600,000,000, the victim J-owned market price of which was on the gymnasium.
4. On September 19, 2019, the Defendant: (a) committed theft on September 19, 2019, at the “L” room located in K in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, on September 19, 2019; (b) with one wall containing cash of 45,000 won, physical card 2, and resident registration number, which are the victim’s possession on his/her book between the victim and the unfolding of the victim’s land.
5. On September 23, 2019, the Defendant stolen, on September 23, 2019, at a “P” restaurant operated by the victim’sO located in Daegu Dong-gu, Daegu Dong-gu, on September 15:30, 2019, with cash KRW 3.60,000 on the part of the victim’s wall located on the calculation unit using the gaps where the victim’s surveillance was neglected.
6. On September 27, 2019, the Defendant: around 00:44, on September 27, 2019, stolen: (a) at the “R” cell located in Q in Daegu Northern-gu Q, Daegu-gu; (b) at the victim S, using the gaps in which the victim S is diving, he/she stolen one wall containing 13,000 won in cash, which is the victim’s possession on his/her book; (c) credit card 2, and physical card 2.
The Defendant, “2019 Highest 5767” from August 30, 2019 to August 15:40 of the same day, acting as if the Defendant would normally pay the scambling fee from the victim’s U in Daegu Seo-gu T, Daegu from around 00:23 to around 15:40 of the same day.
