A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On December 18, 2013, at around 07:40 on December 18, 2013, the Defendant entered a residence intrusion and theft against the victim C, and entered the house of the victim C, which was located in D at the time of residing in North Korea, and intrudes on the victim’s residence through open gates, and carried 12,00 won in cash on the wall that was in the victim’s possession.

Accordingly, the defendant invadedd the victim's residence and stolen the victim's property.

2. On January 9, 2014, at around 06:00, the Defendant discovered that the victim E, who was a guest from GPC bank located in F at the time of residing in North Korea, was in play a game, and the Defendant visited the victim and carried one cash of KRW 130,000, a cash owned by the victim on his/her book, one post office card, one resident registration certificate, and one verification colored one half of the market price equivalent to KRW 30,000,000, which is located on his/her book.

Accordingly, the defendant stolen the victim's property.

3. On May 1, 2014, the Defendant: (a) around 16:40 on May 1, 2014, at K, operated by the victim J in Daegu Seo-gu, Seo-gu; (b) the Defendant intrudes into the structure of the victim J by entering a place through an open gate with his/her head’s handful mind that he/she stolen the property of the customer; and (c) the victim H, the customer whom he/she was the customer, was the first of all, intrudes into the structure of the victim J; and (d) the victim H, who was negligent in due care due to his/her head flus; and (d) the other Defendant flusing the creb, which was a white typ, 380,00 won in cash, which was owned by the victim H, on the one hand, on the other, on the one hand of the victim H, with 50,00 won in the market price.

Accordingly, the defendant invadedd the victim J's structure and stolen the victim H's property.

4. On July 4, 2014, the Defendant: (a) took advantage of the gaps in which the Victim L, who is an employee of the said PC room, was negligent in cleaning the floor at the NPC room located in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu around 08:12, the Defendant used the gap in which the Victim L, who is an employee of the said PC room, was negligent in cleaning the floor.
