Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On August 15:10, 2012, the Defendant participated in the 201st century resolution meeting, which is held by the “BTrade Federation” in the Seoul Yongsan-gu Seoul Yongsan-gu Seoul Metropolitan City square, as the president of the BF’s sports union branch, and the Defendant participated in the 201st century resolution meeting.

The Defendant participated in the above resolution conference and completed a prior assembly at around 15:13 on the same day, and followed by approximately 6,000 members of the affiliated associations, such as D Union Federation, C Union Union Union Union Federation, and E-Trade Union Federation, which are affiliated with the BF General of the Seoul Station, and opened two lanes in the direction of progress from the Seoul Station to the sublime gate, and opened four lanes in the front of YTN, with four lanes in the direction of progress in the middle of YTN, and continued to go to go into the middle of YTN. At around 16:20 on the same day, the Defendant continued to hold a prior assembly at around 16:20 on the same day, and continued to hold a new assembly at around 8:8 of the members of the affiliated associations, such as FFF Union Federation, which was decided to go into the middle of 8:8 of the subway, thereby obstructing the opening of the two-lanes in front of the building and the front of the 80-lane zone.

Accordingly, the defendant conspired with the participants in the assembly and interfered with the traffic on land.
