A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

"2017 Highest 2079"

1. Forgery of private documents, the holding of a falsified investigation document, and the violation of laws registered by residents;

A. On April 25, 2017, the Defendant: (a) at the D Administrative Welfare Center located in Seogu-gu, Daegu; (b) issued a written application for the issuance of a resident registration certificate to G, by using a black pen to inspect the written application form for the re-issuance of resident registration certificates kept there; (c) the Defendant stated the Defendant’s name “E”, “F”, “F”, and “E” to the applicant column; and (d) issued a written application for the issuance of a resident registration certificate by signing it to the applicant column and presenting it to G public officials in charge.

Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, the Defendant forged a private document on rights and obligations under the name of E, and presented it to the public official in charge, thereby reporting false facts on resident registration.

B. On May 22, 2017, the Defendant, at the International Administrative Welfare Center located in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, entered the Defendant’s name in the applicant column as “J”, “K” in the resident registration number column, “K” in the State column, and “J” in the applicant column, respectively, and issued the issuance of the certificate of issuance of the resident registration certificate to the public official in charge of the applicant column, by means of a black pen on the application form for re-issuance of the resident registration certificate kept there.

Accordingly, for the purpose of exercising, the Defendant forged a private document on the rights and obligations under the J name, and presented it to the public official in charge, thereby reporting false facts concerning resident registration.

2. Forgery of private documents, uttering of a falsified investigation document, and fraud;

(b) An opportunity to hold a confirmation of the application for issuance of a resident registration certificate issued under the victim J’s name, at the “O” office operated by N in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, 2017, on May 22, 2017, and at the site of the P subscription application for the purpose of exercising the inspection.
