Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On May 3, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (a collective, deadly weapons, etc.) at the Incheon District Court on May 3, 2013, and completed the execution of the sentence in the Mapo Prison on November 22, 2013.
1. Crimes against victims C;
A. 2. On March 5, 2015, around 11:01, 201, a crime against the victim F is committed in “E” located in Seo-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Incheon. On the other hand, the victim was flicked from the victim F. (the age of 49) who supplied the goods by taking a bath as stated in the above 1-C, and the victim was flicked with a batbbbbom.
