A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On February 21, 2013, the Defendant: (a) entered the “Acrogate” operated by the victim C in South-gu, Nam-gu, Mapo-si, Mapo-si on February 21, 2013; and (b) made it impossible for the Defendant to enter the hospital by avoiding disturbance for about 20 minutes, such as having the nurse D and waiting patients working there, without any justifiable reason, and having them leave the hospital.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the operation of the victim hospital by force.

2. Around January 23, 2014, the Defendant: (a) entered the “G cafeteria” operated by the victim E at the south-gu in the south-gu at port on January 2014, 2014; (b) without any justifiable reason, the Defendant: (c) made the victim and the customers unable to enter the cafeteria by avoiding a disturbance for about two hours; and (d) made them leave the cafeteria by having the customers entering the cafeteria without any justifiable reason.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the victim's restaurant business by force.

3. On January 23, 2014, around January 23, 2014, the Defendant: (a) entered the “Jart” operated by the victim H in South-gu, Nam-gu, Y on January 23, 2014; (b) provided that, without any justifiable reason, the Defendant: (c) was unable to enter the cryp; (d) no customers who had entered the cryp; or (e) had them leave the cryp; and (e) made them leave the cryp.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the victim's marina business by force.

4. Around March 17, 2014, the Defendant entered a “G cafeteria” operated by the victim E on March 17, 2014, and without any justifiable reason, took a bath to the victim and its customers, such as “I ambly fright, fright, and bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch.”
