A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

No person shall trade or smoke marijuana.

1. Around February 28, 2019, the Defendant attempted to sell and sell marijuana: (a) around 23:52 on February 28, 2019, the Defendant deposited 80,000 won in the account of IBK Bank (C) in the name of B designated by the seller of the non-name-free hemp, from the date of cash withdrawal at No. 401, the 24 BK KK Bank (C) in the name of the seller of the non-name-free hemp; and (b) around the time of the deposit at the NAV in the vicinity of Gangnam-gu Seoul, Gangnam-gu, the Defendant attempted to purchase marijuana by means of searching for marijuana that had been hidden in advance by the above winners of the non-name-free documentation during the out-of-air air condition installed therein; and (c) did not find it.

Accordingly, the defendant tried to trade marijuana but attempted to do so.

2. On March 11, 2019, around 18:33, 2019, the Defendant purchased and sold marijuana in a way that: (a) 1.50,000 won was deposited in the account of IBK Bank (C) in the name of the seller of marijuana designated from the date of cash withdrawal at No. 401, the 18:33, Goyang-si, U.S., Japan-dong, Japan-dong, the 24BK Bank, U.S., the Red Sea 201; and (b) around 00:10 on March 11, 2019, the Defendant purchased and sold marijuana in a way that the number of the winners of the above name was hidden in advance in the air-conditioner, which was installed in his/her place, at the location near the Seoul Gangnam-gu D Station.

3. On March 16, 2019, the Defendant traded marijuana at around 22:17, 2019, at the point of cash withdrawal No. 400, from the location D Station D Station D, located in Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, the Defendant: (a) deposited KRW 70,000 in the IBK Bank account (C) in the name of B designated by the seller of marijuana; (b) around March 16, 2019, at the address near the Gangnam-gu Seoul D Station, the Defendant purchased and sold marijuana in a way that the said person’s name was hidden in advance during the out-of-the-counter period installed therein.

4. On March 16, 2019, the Defendant for smoking marijuana: (a) on March 16, 2019, at the studio of a woman-friendly room near the Franc Station in Jung-gu, Seoul around the new wall around March 16, 2019, attached approximately 0.5gg of marijuana to an oil-type stop; and (b) on the way of spreading the smoke.
