A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, as a worker for day duty, treated marijuana as follows, although he is not a handler for narcotics:

1. From February 2017 to March 2017, the Defendant purchased marijuana, at the vicinity of “B” Kab, a city of Vietnam, from February 1, 2017, at the beginning of the first parallel of order, and around 25,000 won, the Defendant purchased marijuana approximately five g of 25,000 won, with the name-dissatis, from the name-dissatis.

2. Around 2017, the Defendant smoked marijuana in a way of smoking, i.e., f., in a French Ba in Vietnam, as described in paragraph 1, after deducting all contents from four tobacco expenses, and inserting fivegs in a total of marijuana in the said four pieces of tobacco, and she smoked in a way of drinking off the smoke by attaching it a year.

3. On September 2019, the Defendant purchased marijuana on September 1, 2019, the Defendant deposited 400,000 won in a non-bank account managed by a seller of marijuana (referred to as “D”) in his/her name-free bank account at around the early night of 2019. On September 2019, the Defendant deposited 4 million won in a non-bank account managed by the seller of marijuana (referred to as “D”). The Defendant received 2 bottles of plastic containers containing approximately 50 meters of marijuana from the bottom of the non-permanent air room in Seocho-gu Seoul Seocho-gu, Seocho-gu, which was known by the said seller.

4. On September 2019, the Defendant smoked marijuana in a way that, at the time following the day specified in paragraph (3) and around night, the Defendant smoked marijuana by inserting the amount of marijuana in the amount of liquid knife in the electronic tobacco car knife in the Defendant’s previous residence located in Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Nam-gu, and smoking by using the electronic tobacco.

5. On October 2019, the Defendant purchased marijuana on October 1, 2019, the Defendant deposited KRW 3,300,000 into a non-bank account managed by the seller of marijuana (hereinafter “F”) around the early night of October 2019, and purchased marijuana by receiving the boxes containing approximately 150 g of marijuana in the vicinity of the erobbbbb loan in Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, where the said seller informed the seller.

6. From October 2019 to October 25, 2019, the Defendant for smoking marijuana: (a) around 20, the Defendant is in the Government-Si Council around 22:00 between G and H, and (b) around 22:0 between October 20, 201 and October 25, 2019.
