2.『2018고단5110』 피고인은 2018. 8. 30. 서울 성북구 F 소재 피고인의 주거지에서, 지인의 남자친구인 피해자 G과 전화로 싸운 후 피해자가 사과를 하지 않는다는 이유로 화가 나 휴대폰을 이용하여 피해자 이름을 검색하여 피해자 이름이 거론된 H 게시판에 "애미 뒤진 G아 연락 좀 받아라", "니가 키보드 워리어 마냥 떠든 거 씨발련아 아가리로 쳐 뱉어", "니가 쳐 싸지른 똥은 니가 치워야지", "창놈새끼가 어디서 아가리를 놀려ㅋㅋ", "니가 짖거린 거 당사자한테 좀 짖거려봐", "숨어서 나름 가오 좀 축이네 좆만한 새끼가ㅋㅋ"라는 등 댓글을 게시하였다.

Accordingly, the defendant openly insultingd the victim.
