A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

[criminal records] On March 8, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment with prison labor due to an alteration of official documents in the Seoul Western District Court, and on September 9, 2016, the Seoul Southern Prison completed the execution of the sentence.

1. On April 20, 2017, the Defendant: (a) visited the Internet at his own house located in Seocheon-si, 08:00, Seocheon-si, 101, 909, and downloaded a certificate of abolition of the use of a two-wheeled vehicle; (b) using the wind screen program, "S", "T in the column of the chassis number; (c) on April 02, 2017; (d) "A" in the name column; (d) "A" in the registration number column of the residents (business operators); and (e) "YYFR1" in the name column; and (e) "YGFR1" in the name column; and (e) "T" in the name column of the vehicle model (scale) "9c. 9c. 8c. 16" in the name column; and

Accordingly, for the purpose of exercising, the Defendant forged one copy of the certificate of disuse of two-wheeled automobile under the name of the head of Bupyeong-gu Office in Bupyeong-gu.

2. At around 14:00 on April 20, 2017, the Defendant: (a) presented a certificate of disuse of a two-wheeled motor vehicle, which was forged, as described in paragraph 1, to K, stating that the certificate was duly formed, as if it were duly formed, on the front side of the Seocheon-si, Macheon-ro, Macheon-ro, Macheon-ro, (Small-do, Han New Apartment-ro).

3. On April 20, 2017, the Defendant: (a) presented to the Victim K a certificate for the closure of use of YF-R1 motor bicycle and two-wheeled motor vehicle as stated in paragraph (1) at the place indicated in paragraph (2) around April 14:00; and (b) “The Defendant was owned by this YF-R1 motor bicycle and the certificate for the closure of use of two-wheeled vehicle.”

The YZF-R1 Obane will be sold in KRW 1,450,00.

“A false representation was made.”

However, in fact, the above motor bicycle is leased by theJ operating the "I" rental office, and the defendant forged the above certificate of disuse of the two-wheeled automobile as stated in paragraph 1, and thus, the defendant is the victim.
