1. The Defendant’s KRW 37,00,000 as well as 5% per annum from May 21, 2012 to October 14, 2017 to the Plaintiff.

A. On March 25, 2009, the Plaintiff agreed to pay KRW 37 million to the Defendant in installments from April 20, 2009 to the 20th day of each month.

B. Therefore, the Defendant, as a result, shall pay to the Plaintiff the amount of KRW 37 million and the amount of damages for delay at each rate of KRW 5% per annum as stipulated in the Civil Act from May 21, 2012 to October 14, 2017, the delivery date of a copy of the instant complaint, as sought by the Plaintiff, and KRW 15% per annum as stipulated in the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings, from the next day to the day of full payment.
