1. The Defendant’s KRW 30,000,000 and its related amount are 5% per annum from December 14, 2012 to December 8, 2016 to the Plaintiff.
Reasons
1. Evidence (A, A2);
2. Indication of claim; and
A. On February 13, 2012, the Plaintiff lent KRW 30 million to the Defendant by determining the due date as December 13, 2012.
B. Therefore, the Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff 30 million won with 5% interest per annum under the Civil Act from December 14, 2012 following the due date to December 8, 2016, which is the delivery date of a copy of the complaint of this case, and 15% interest per annum under the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings, from the following day to the day of full payment.
3. Judgment by public notice (Articles 208 (3) 3, and 194 through 196 of the Civil Procedure Act).
