Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On February 1, 2013, the Defendants conspired with D. D. D. branch of the Korean Metal Trade Union, and issued a warning to the Defendant’s production 5 and the Defendant’s non-performance of work instruction and non-performance of work place to F. Around February 17, 2013, the Defendants conspired to conduct one person’s demonstration using a kicket, etc., stating false details of the victim’s criticism before the victim’s house.
