Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,500,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

C is an organization organized as a political activity of young generation on January 27, 2013 and has been engaged in activities such as guaranteeing 10,000 won per hour of the minimum daily wage, objection, or denuclear movement, and the defendant is the representative of C.

1. The Defendant and E, a criminal act of violating the Act on the Assembly and Demonstration of the Defendants and E, together with 20 members of the C, including G, H and I, were willing to hold an assembly by finding in the Seoul Korea Electric Power Corporation headquarters in order to suspend D works being constructed at the Gyeongnam city in the Korea Electric Power Corporation.

A person who intends to hold an outdoor assembly or demonstration shall submit a report stating the purpose, time, venue, etc. to the chief of the competent police station from 720 hours to 48 hours before commencing the outdoor assembly or demonstration.

Nevertheless, the Defendant and E did not file a report with the chief of the competent police station, from F15:0 to 17:00, up to 199-4, the Defendant and E opened an outdoor assembly by gathering relief, such as “D works, stop,” and “D works,” with 20 members of the Seoul Regional Headquarters of Korea Electric Power and Regional Headquarters (hereinafter “General Civil Service Center”) located in Jung-gu Seoul, Seoul, Seoul, including the above G, H, and I, and with 20 members of C, including the above G, H, and I, “D works, stop, stop,” and “D works, stop, stop,” without filing a report.

Accordingly, the Defendant conspired with E to hold an unreported outdoor assembly.

2. The F co-principal of the defendant, E, and G;

A. The crime of violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (joint residence intrusion), the defendant, E, and G were placed in front of the above general civil petition office with the above H and I at the time and place as referred to in the above 1.
