A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who was in a de facto marital relationship with the victim B (nive, 28 years old), the victim C (13 years old), the victim D (nive, 10 years old) is a child born between the victim B and the husband of the victim B, and the victim E (1 year old) is a child born between the defendant and the victim B.

1. Child Welfare Violation;

A. On July 7, 2018, no person shall commit emotional abuse that harms the mental health and development of a child.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, from around 15:00 on July 7, 2018 to around 17:00 on the same day, committed emotional abuse that may harm the mental health and development of the victim E by having the victim E live together with her hand, and having the victim E leave her hands out from the window, and having the victim E leave her body and develop her body in the process of dispute with B, while engaging in emotional abuse that would harm the victim E’s mental health and development.

(b) No person shall commit any crime on August 2018, 2018, with a view to committing any physical abuse that may injure a child’s body or that may injure a physical health and development.

Nevertheless, at around 19:00 on August 2018, the Defendant committed a physical abuse that may harm the physical health and development of the victim C, considering the victim’s mar, when the victim’s mar was placed in several times, on the ground that the victim’s mar was false speech from the place indicated in the above paragraph (a) at the place, and that “she went to the Taekwondo Institute” from the victim C.

(c) No person shall commit any crime on September 2018, with a view to physical abuse that may injure a child’s body or that may injure a child’s physical health and development.

Nevertheless, on September 2018, the Defendant committed physical abuse that may harm the health and development of the body of the victim D by taking into account the victim D’s bucks at one time, on the ground that the victim was taking part in the part of E’s bucks where the victim D was on the floor.
