Punishment of the crime

1. Crimes against the victim B;

A. On September 16, 2018, around 23:44, the Defendant stolen 12 kg (3kg) of the market value equivalent to 90,000 won owned by the victim who was placed in the fishery products display stand in the victim B’s operation D located in the granted military C market.

B. On October 21, 2018, around 23:06, the Defendant: (a) committed a theft by bringing about a 20,000 won (2km) of the market price owned by the victim, which was located in the fishery product display stand in D as described in paragraph (1) of Article 1.

C. On October 24, 2018, around 00:14, the Defendant, at around 00:14, stolen two copies of a store (4kg, rock) equivalent to KRW 60,000 of the market price owned by the victim, which was located in the fishery product display stand in D as stated in paragraph 1(a).

On October 24, 2018, around 23:46 around 23:46, the Defendant stolen five maths equivalent to the market price of 75,000 won owned by the victim, which was located in the fishery product display stand in D as described in paragraph 1(a).

2. On October 21, 2018, around 23:05, the Defendant: (a) committed the crime against the victim E with a 30,000 knife-mag (10km) of the market price owned by the victim, which was located in the display stand in the F of the Operation of the Victim E in the Si of the Si of Granting-gun, the Defendant stolen the Victim E.
