Punishment of the crime
[2013 Highest 2622, 2013 Highest 4044] The Defendants: (a) around 02:30 on August 18, 2013, at E convenience stores operated by the victim D in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, Seoul-gu, the employees of the Defendants obstructed the front of the calculating unit so that the Defendant A could not take a criminal scene on the CCTV screen, and (b) Defendant B, who was accompanied by the above Defendant B, fell the envelope into the floor by 80,000 won in cash under the next accounting unit, and put the envelope into the main machine under Defendant B’s hand, and went out of the sunset convenience point.
As a result, the defendants stolen the victim's cash amounting to KRW 800,000.

1. At around 02:00 on August 10, 2013, Defendant A, at the E convenience store operated by the victim D in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, Seoul-gu, Defendant A, the victim left the place and worked as a mixed employee, and the Defendant’s birth was creshed in the display stand, and thus, Defendant A stolen the amount equivalent to KRW 9,200 at the market price, such as 2A, 1 urban village, and 1 drinking water, which were located in the display stand.
2. At around 02:00 on August 11, 2013, Defendant A stolen an amount equivalent to KRW 5,000,000, of the market price of fact tobacco 2 A, which was placed in the display stand in the same manner, at the above place, at the same time.
3. At around 02:00 on August 17, 2013, Defendant A stolen the amount equivalent to KRW 5,000 at the market price of 2nd tobacco in the display stand at the same place by the same method.
4. At around 02:00 on August 18, 2013, Defendant A stolen the amount equivalent to KRW 5,000 at the market price of 2-A tobacco in the display stand at the same place by the same method.
5. At around 02:00 on August 24, 2013, Defendant A stolen the amount equivalent to KRW 5,000 at the market price of 2-A tobacco in the display stand at the same place by the same method.
6. Defendant A, at around 02:00 on August 25, 2013, to display stand at the same place in the same manner.
