Punishment of the crime

On August 10, 2018, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for larceny, etc. at the Busan District Court on August 10, 2018 and completed the execution of the sentence on December 23, 2019.

1. The Defendant committed the crime against the victim B at around 17:00 on January 24, 2020, on the “D” rice store operated by the victim B in Yangsan-si, Yangsan-si, which was the victim B, stolen one of Samsung mobile phones worth KRW 900,000 at the market price of the victim’s possession, which the victim came to the stand stand.

2. The Defendant committed the crime against the victim E around January 24, 2020: (a) around 23:49, in G operated by the victim E in Yangsan-si, using a gap where the victim’s surveillance was neglected, brought about one and one Do-self-concept of the market price of 10,000 won in the parking lot through the entrance door of the above building; (b) around 02:00 on January 25, 2020, the victim who intruded into the above building with an entrance and exit of 40,000 won in the front display stand, and brought about one radio helicopters of 10,000 won in the market price of the above building; and (c) around the same day, around 04:0, one 500 won in food and drink was invaded into the above building and brought about a theft of 50,000 won in the market price of the above building.

Around 09:40 on January 31, 2020, the Defendant: (a) opened and intruded at the victim H’s house located in Yangsan-si I at the victim H’s house; and (b) cut off the victim’s horse clock in an amount of KRW 400,000 in the market price owned by the victim in the inner cremation room at the same time; (c) brought about the victim’s horse clock in an amount of KRW 10,000 in the market price of KRW 40,000 in total; and (d) brought about the victim’s child clock in an amount of KRW 5,00 in the market price of KRW 30,00 in the victim’s clothes owned by the victim; and (d) cut off the victim’s child clock in an amount of KRW 130,00 in the market price owned by the victim.
