Reasons

Punishment of the crime

1. At around 11:00 on March 15, 2013, the Defendant: (a) committed indecent act by force against the victim E (the age 22) by assaulting that the victim E (the age 22) who listens to the Defendant’s lessons in the DPublic Announcement Institute of Public Announcement located in Heak-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu; (b) found the Defendant’s lessons as a school room in order to ask questions; and (c) write down the victim’s buckbucks with the victim’s hand; and (d) rhumbbucks in the victim’s khumbbbs.
