A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete the sexual assault treatment program for 80 hours.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant had a mind to commit an indecent act against a female returning home at latest at night or at new walls.

1. Indecent acts by compulsion;

A. On July 17, 2009, the Defendant committed an indecent act by force against the victim, such as finding out the victim D (A, 17 years of age) residing in front of the elevator, which is the apartment unit C, of the Cheongju-si, Cheongju-si, U.S., and finding out the victim D (A.) who returned home, and following the finding out the victim D (A. 17 years of age).

B. At around 22:50 on January 23, 2013, the Defendant found out the victim G (n, 18 years old), who was home home, and subsequently committed an indecent act by force against the victim, on the following grounds: (a) the victim’s face face is not humped up at the victim’s face; and (b) the victim’s face is hump and hump with other hand.

C. On April 6, 2013, around 03:58, the Defendant committed an indecent act by force against the victim, including: (a) discovered the victim H (n) who was returning home on the street, No. 140-2, Cheongdong-gu, Cheongdong-gu, Cheongju-si; (b) discovered the victim H (n, 18 years of age); and (c) subsequently, by inserting his hand into the part of the victim’s knife, and her knife.

At around 02:00 on July 11, 2013, the Defendant: (a) discovered the Victim K (n, 24 years old) waiting for a taxi in front of the J restaurant located in Cheongju-gu I and tried to commit an indecent act against his women; (b) drive the Defendant’s Lburged vehicle, thereby driving the Defendant’s Lburged vehicle, thereby driving the cab.

At around 02:20 on the same day, the Defendant: (a) committed an indecent act by force against the victim, such as: (b) the victim, who gets home from a taxi in front of the Sgraeg Dolle-gu, Haak-gu; (c) the victim, who gets home from a taxi in front of the Dograe-gu, and (d) the victim, who gets his hand into a knife with his fla
