A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On December 5, 2013, the Defendant violated the Act on the Protection of Children and Juveniles against Sexual Abuse (Indecent Act by compulsion) committed the victim’s chest by hand while taking corrective treatment at the “EMA” operated by the Defendant located in Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City (hereinafter “EM”) to the victim F (the 18-year-old age), who was a customer, who found the place. While taking corrective treatment, the victim was able to force by force, and the victim, who was in his/her invasion, did not want to raise his/her chest.

Accordingly, the defendant committed an indecent act against the victim F, who is a child or juvenile.

2. Indecent acts by compulsion;

A. At around 19:00 on September 27, 2013, the Defendant: (a) committed indecent act by force by force against the victim G (the 30-year-old age), who was a customer who found the place at the above Correction Board; (b) committed a indecent act by force against the victim; (c) provided that “the victim, who was in a sudden beds, would make the chest from the World Cup to C; (d) took charge of the victim’s chest part; and (e) continued to punish the legs, and (e) made the victim take part in the bridge, thereby spreading the drinking part into his/her hand.

B. On September 27, 2013, the Defendant: (a) committed indecent act by force against the victim H (the 23 years of age) who was a customer who found his place at the above Correction Board on September 27, 2013; (b) committed indecent act by force on the part of the victim, who was in a sudden invasion; and (c) committed indecent act on the part of the victim, who was in a sudden beds by force.

C. At around 14:00 on October 5, 2013, the Defendant: (a) committed indecent act by force against the victim I (the 27-year-old age), who was a customer, who had found his place at the above Correction Board, for the purpose of committing indecent act by force; (b) on the part of the victim, who was in a sudden bed, “it is allowed for the victim to have the chest love with her husband who was her mother.” (c) while holding the finger in the inner bed, the Defendant collected the fingers into the inner bed and her breasts, and continued to correct the bed part of the bed part; and (d) by inserting the fingers into the bed part and the bed part of the bed part of the bed part.
