A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for five years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a legal spouse who has completed a marriage report with the mother-friendly E of the victim D (the age of 13).

1. On April 20, 2015, the Defendant: (a) around 23:00 on April 20, 2015, at the bottom of the Defendant’s house located in Osan City F, and (b) caused the Defendant’s desire to report the victim’s fright at the bed; (c) brought the victim’s fright back to the victim’s clothes; and (d) rejected the victim’s chest into the victim’s clothes; and (e) rejected the victim’s fright to the victim’s fright to the victim’s fright to the fright to the fright

2. Around 23:00 on April 21, 2015, the Defendant committed indecent acts by force against the victim at the same place and by the same method as the statement in paragraph (1).

3. On April 22, 2015, the Defendant, at around 23:00 on April 22, 2015, committed indecent acts by force by force by force, such as: (a) by reporting the victim’s home room; (b) taking the victim’s hand back back to the victim; (c) taking the victim’s clothes; (d) taking the victim’s chest back to the victim’s clothes; and (e) threatening the victim’s chest; and (e) threatening the victim to refuse to resist; and (e) taking the victim’s chest back to the victim’s chest; and (e) taking the hand into the panty.

4. The Defendant, at around 23:00 on April 23, 2015, committed indecent acts by force by force, such as drinking the victim’s chest and her mother in the same manner as described in paragraph (3).

5. The Defendant, at around 23:00 on April 24, 2015, committed indecent acts by force by force, such as drinking the victim’s chest and her mother in the same manner as described in paragraph (3).

6. The Defendant, at around 23:00 on April 25, 2015, at the same place, and in the same manner as described in paragraph (3), led the victim to talking on the victim’s chest and gender, and by indecent act by force.

7. On April 26, 2015, the Defendant, at the above place around 20:00 on April 26, 2015, caused the Defendant’s desire to report the victim who is enjoying the above place to take care of the victim’s clothes, putting the victim’s finger into the victim’s clothes, talked with the victim’s her finger and panty, her finger off the victim’s strokes into the victim’s sexual organ, and by force the victim by force.
