Punishment of the crime

On May 8, 2017, the Defendant posted a notice to sell “Tin-do 3DS” to the Internet NAV and the Republic of Korea, and reported this to the victim C, who contacted, sold it to 160,000 won.

A false statement was made.

However, in fact, the defendant did not possess the above goods and was thought to be used as living expenses, etc. even if he received the sales proceeds.

The defendant deceivings the victim as above, and 1.60,000 won was remitted from the victim to the Busan Bank Account (E) in the name of D.
