Punishment of the crime

On August 26, 2017, at around 01:00, the Defendant connected to the E account of a female-friendly job offering D using smartphones at the Defendant’s residence located in Busan coastal Organization C (18 years old) and made up the Defendant F (18 years old)’s comments that “Anywhere he is fested, he will be fested so that he will be able to open, and he will be fested.”
