A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for seven months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On March 16, 2017, the Defendant: (a) posted a false letter stating “pop-up 1.60,000 won” by accessing the Internet Kafber with smartphones on the bulletin board of the country’s website; (b) reported this letter to the Defendant and sent money to the Victim F who contacted the Defendant.”

However, the defendant did not keep the above articles and did not think that they were purchased and sent them.

The Defendant, as above, received KRW 160,000 from the victim F to the Busan Bank Account (H) in the name of G, the Defendant’s seat around 12:27 on the same day from the victim F, and received KRW 160,000 in total from the victims three times in total, such as the attached List of Crimes (2).

2. On March 2017, the Defendant violated the Electronic Financial Transactions Act: (a) around 21:00, on the street in front of the Abane Lifelong Building located in the Dong-dong, Busan, Dong-dong; and (b) from G to use it for fraud as referred to in paragraph (1).
