Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Reasons

Punishment of the crime

Defendant is not a narcotics handler.

1. Import of marijuana;

A. On January 12, 2018, the Defendant conspired with C to import marijuana via the Internet, and the Defendant: (a) ordered C to 100,000 won of the import price of marijuana; and (b) C around that time, at around January 18, 2018, the Defendant ordered C to 2g of marijuana to a marijuana dealer in the United States by accessing the Internet hemp sales site; and (c) around January 16, 2018, the Defendant sent 1.79g of marijuana, which was concealed by means of double-sured packaging on vinyl, to reach the Incheon International Public Port.

Accordingly, the Defendant imported marijuana in collusion with C.

B. On January 24, 2018, at the PC room located in Daejeon-gu Daejeon-gu, the Defendant issued an order to 5.92 grams to a hemp dealer in the U.S. for the import of marijuana and paid 200 U.S. dollars for the import of marijuana. On January 29, 2018, at around 15:29, the Defendant imported marijuana by importing 5.92g of marijuana, which was concealed by means of double-finite packaging on vinyl, with the import of marijuana.

2. Smoking marijuana;

A. On January 1, 2018, the Defendant smoked in the following manner: (a) on the residence of the said C, which was located in Daejeon Dong-gu, Daejeon; (b) on January 305, Daejeon; (c) on the top of the marithic volume; (d) on the top of the marithic volume; (c) on the top of the marithic volume;

On February 24, 2018, at around 21:00, the Defendant smoked approximately 0.5g of marijuana at the same place as the above 2-B, and in the same manner.

On March 4, 2018, at around 20:0, the Defendant smoked about 0.5 grams in the same place as the above 2-B, and in the same manner.

E. On March 9, 2018, the Defendant smoked approximately 0.5g of marijuana at the same place as the above 2-B around 21:00 and in the same manner.
