Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The Plaintiff is established and operated as a school juristic person established for the purpose of providing higher education, secondary education, elementary education, and kindergarten education. (2) The Defendant is the former president of C college who was appointed and held office as president of C college on March 1, 2012 and was removed from office on March 24, 2015 by the Plaintiff.
B. 3) The Plaintiff filed a lawsuit against the teachers’ appeals review committee as Seoul Administrative Court 2013Guhap2727, and the said court rendered a judgment dismissing the Plaintiff’s claim on October 10, 2014. The Plaintiff appealed as Seoul High Court 2014Nu67996, but the said judgment became final and conclusive as the withdrawal of the Plaintiff’s appeal. (c) D’s provisional disposition on the preservation of status became final and conclusive on October 4, 2013.
