Reasons

1. Basic facts

A. The parties 1) The defendant is Goyang-gu B apartment (hereinafter "the apartment of this case") in Goyang-gu, Goyang-gu.

A) The Plaintiff is an autonomous management body, and the Plaintiff was elected as the representative of 209 apartment units of this case around January 29, 2013, and was elected as the Defendant’s president on March 12, 2013. (2) The number of households of the instant apartment units is 2,416 households in total, and the number of representatives of each building under the management rules is 14 persons or 12 persons in total.
