Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On March 18, 2017, the Defendant and B’s separate order issued on November 1, 2017, 22:05: (a) 112 reported that an assault case occurred in front of the D cafeteria located in Gangseo-si, Gangnam-si, and reported to the site, and tried to listen to the circumstances of the case by sending it to the site after receiving a 112 report that there was an assault case in front of the D cafeteria; (b) F and G of the Gangseo-gu Police Station E District to the site; and (c) F provided that “F has any visible equipment that is located in the A, so F has any defect that there is no other visible equipment.”

Along with the intention of "not being wraped, there was no container," and the tobacco being wraped for F.

In order for F and G to arrest B as a current offender due to the suspicion of interference with the performance of official duties, the summary of the crime, the reason for arrest, the reason for arrest, the right to appoint a counsel and arrest B, and the defendant was pushed ahead of B with G by selling. The defendant who was next to the defendant was assaulted by F and G by putting him over the F and G who want to arrest B as a current offender.

As a result, the defendant and B conspiredd with police officers to interfere with legitimate execution of duties concerning 112 reporting duties and crime control.
