A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and two months.

Punishment of the crime

On August 23, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment by obstructing the performance of official duties in the Busan District Court’s Branch Branch, and on April 12, 2018, the Defendant completed the execution of the sentence in the original prison.
