A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the representative director of the LAB, who is the injured party C (n, 26 years of age), and is in the position of business protection and supervision of the injured party.

3.
