Accordingly, the defendant deceivings victims to take the property by deceiving them.

On September 6, 2017, the Defendant, “2018 Godan 1199,” posted a letter “sale of minminpt North Korea on the Internet Q website” without any intention or ability to sell mint North Korea, and the victim would purchase Ropt North Korea.

In contact, 250,00 won was transferred under the name of S bank account (U) in the name of S, a seller of cultural merchandise coupons, and 250,000 won was transferred under the name of Nowon-North Korea, and us made a false statement to the effect that S deposited the cultural merchandise coupon price, and it was acquired by exchanging the above amount by receiving cultural merchandise coupon secret number from S.

As such, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim and S, received the same amount from the victim and acquired the same amount from the victim.
