Punishment of the crime

On January 1, 2017, the Defendant posted a notice to sell at a discount of cultural merchandise coupons on the Internet NAVV in a non-permanent place located in the Seocho-dong, which is located in the world, and the Defendant reported this fact to the victim C who visited the victim C by selling KRW 1,60,000 at 25% discount of cultural merchandise coupons 1,20,000.
