A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. No person shall export, import, manufacture, trade, or assist in the trade of marijuana;
On September 10, 2015, the Defendant connected the Internet hub C to the Internet site of “D” by means of “D,” and agreed to purchase marijuana 15g from the name infinite, who sold the marijuana at the Internet site. On September 10, 2015, the Defendant sent 5.22 non-coin ( approximately KRW 1.4 million) to the address infinco infin of the name infin box, using the domestic trade Internet site of “C”, Co., Ltd., Ltd., to the address infinite of the above name, and on May 25, 2016, the Defendant purchased approximately KRW 15g in total at the first floor near the subway station in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and around 11, 2016, around 15g in total, and around 15g in total at the market price as above.
2. No person other than a handler of marijuana shall cultivate, possess, possess, receive, transport, keep or use marijuana, and the defendant is not a handler of narcotics;
A. On October 1, 2015, the Defendant received approximately 0.1g of the marijuana purchased as above, free of charge, from H, within the Plaintiff’s I-A-A-H car owned by the Defendant, the seat of the Defendant, who was set up a parking lot at an address below the address of 17:00 Sin-si.
B. At around 15:00 on October 13, 2015, the Defendant: (a) accepted marijuana by having C, as seen above, approximately 2g of the marijuana purchased from the said H free of charge and deliver it to K, within the passenger car set out in the above paragraph (a) that was set up in the 203 underground parking lots of JJ building in Yangju-si, Yangju-si.

The Defendant is among marijuana purchased as above within a N-owned passenger car of M, N, N, N, a branch, at the time of stay at around 00:30 on December 2015, the date of which was 00:0.
