A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Reasons

Punishment of the crime

No person shall trade marijuana, or smoke or take marijuana.

1. The point of purchasing marijuana;

A. On August 16, 2016, at around 19:00, the Defendant decided to purchase marijuana from the Defendant’s parents in Jongno-gu Seoul Jongno-gu, by means of “C” fluenc case, at the seller’s home, and transferred it to the seller’s private coin, 0.6972592 BTC (E) to the seller’s private flucco, 0.6972 BTC (Korean approximately 600,000 won) on the same day, around 21:30 on the same day, the Defendant purchased it by bringing about 3-g of marijuana, in which the influent house was brought to the seller of marijuana under the name of his own fluence-dong, Mapo-gu, Seoul.

B. On April 13, 2017, at around 21:41, the Defendant decided to purchase marijuana from the Defendant’s parent house located in Jongno-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government by means of “C” type No. 1-A, as described in paragraph (a) at the seller’s home, and transferred it to the seller’s electronic gate (F), a non-coin, a non-coin, to 0.34780843 BTC (Korean currency KRW 3.45,000), around the same day, around 23:55, the Defendant purchased marijuana 2g, which was brought about by the seller on the street of his name in the vicinity of Jung-dong, Jung-gu, Seoul Metropolitan Government.

B. On April 14, 2017, around 02:0, at around 02:00, the Defendant 2-A at the house Eth of paragraph 2-A, put 0.06g of marijuana into tobacco in the same manner as described in paragraph 2-A., and smoked once by attaching a fire, and around 03:00 on June 30, 2017 at the same place.
