1. The Defendants jointly combine with the Plaintiff KRW 244,109,80, and as to the Plaintiff, the period from February 29, 2012 to April 1, 2015.

1. Indication of claims: It shall be as shown in attached Form; and

2. Applicable legal provisions:

(a) Defendant Orion Co., Ltd.: Articles 208(3)2 and 150(3) of the Civil Procedure Act (which is deemed as confession due to the absence of the Defendant);

(b) Defendant A and B: Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act (Decision by public notice);

3. The statutory interest rate under the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings was changed to 15% per annum from October 1, 2015 by the provisions on statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings (Enforcement, October 1, 2015).
