1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff the amount of KRW 64,437,117 and KRW 1,384,173 among them, from February 3, 2015 to the date of full payment.

Under the provision on statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings (Enforcement, October 1, 2015), statutory interest rate under the Act on Special Cases Concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings was changed to 15% per annum from October 1, 2015.
