1. The Plaintiff:
A. As to KRW 30,012,285 and KRW 29,431,715 among them:
B. Defendant B is the defendant A.
Reasons
1. Indication of claims: It shall be as shown in attached Form; and
2. Livers:
(a) Defendant A: Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act (Decision by public notice);
(b) Defendant B: Articles 208(3)2 and 150(3) of the Civil Procedure Act (which is deemed as confession due to the absence of the Defendant);
C. Under the provision on statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings (Enforcement, October 1, 2015), statutory interest rate under the Act on Special Cases Concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings was changed to 15% per annum from October 1, 2015.
