1. The Defendants shall be jointly and severally liable, but Defendant B shall not exceed 60,000,000 won and shall not exceed 50,000,000 won to the Plaintiff.

(However, Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act provides that "creditors" shall be deemed "Plaintiffs" and "debtors" shall be deemed "Defendants"

3. The statutory interest rate under the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings was changed to 15% per annum from October 1, 2015 by the provisions on statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings (Enforcement, October 1, 2015).
