A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant is not a narcotics handler.

1. Trade in marijuana;

A. On April 1, 2017, the Defendant: (a) transferred the purchase price for marijuana to F’s financial account; (b) purchased marijuana from a person in his/her name in the face of the week; and (c) traded approximately KRW 1g of the amount in cash to the Defendant in the form of 120,000,000, at the residence of Mapo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government (Seoul Mapo-gu) on April 1, 2017.

B. On April 2017, the Defendant, at the entrance of apartment stairs near G in Mapo-gu, Seoul, around 22:00, sold approximately KRW 1g of marijuana in cash at KRW 1.20,000, in the same manner as described in the above paragraph.

around 00:00 on June 25, 2017, the Defendant traded approximately KRW 1g of hemp in cash at KRW 120,000,000 in cash, using the same manner as described in the foregoing paragraph A, from the Dongjak-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government H and the second floor I.

(d)

On September 20, 2017, the Defendant, at around 16:00, sold marijuana 1,40,000 won in cash to the bitco-related account of the influor of the influor of the name of the influor of the hemp supply book, which was known through the mobile phone hosting app “K” in the vicinity of Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and the name influor of the influor of the name influor, found approximately 1g amount of marijuana, which was hidden in the grass forest, and traded it.

E. On October 29, 2017, around 02:00, the Defendant traded approximately KRW 1g price of marijuana in cash at KRW 1.40,00,00 in the Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government L and the second floor, using the same manner as described in the foregoing paragraph A.

F. On November 2, 2017, around 01:30, the Defendant traded approximately KRW 1g price of marijuana in cash at KRW 1.40,00,000 in the Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government L and 2nd floor in the manner described in the foregoing paragraph (a).

2. Smoking marijuana;

A. On April 1, 2017, the Defendant: (a) around 02:00, at the residence of E located in Mapo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government (Seoul Mapo-gu) around Apr. 1, 2017, the Defendant: (a) purchased marijuana, as described in paragraph 1-A; (b) opened the joint hole of two ponds of plastic containers purchased; (c) attached the fire; and (d) smoked in a way of promptly sticking the remainder of one hole and accelerating it.

B. On April 2017, the Defendant: (a) on the first and second anniversary of the date, around 02:00.
