A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Although the Defendant is not a narcotics handler, the Defendant treated marijuana as follows:

1. Trade in marijuana;

A. From July 2018 to August 8, 2018, the Defendant purchased and sold marijuana at approximately 22:00,000 won from D in front of the C store located in Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, with approximately 1g of marijuana.

B. From July 2018 to August 8, 2018, the Defendant traded marijuana with approximately 1g 200,000 won from D at the place indicated in the foregoing paragraph (a) at around 22:00,000.

From August 2018 to September 2018, the Defendant purchased and sold marijuana at approximately 1g 200,000 won from D around Gangnam-gu, Seoul.

(d)

On February 4, 2019, the Defendant traded marijuana after receiving approximately 1g 170,000 won from D at the place described in the above paragraph (a).

E. On October 26, 2019, around 02:00, the Defendant traded marijuana with approximately KRW 8g of 300,000,000 from the sales store of narcotics, etc. in G located in Yongsan-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, Yongsan-gu.

2. Smoking marijuana;

A. On October 26, 2019, around 04:00, the Defendant added approximately 0.7ggg of marijuana as a paper in Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Htel I, attached a horse with a smoker, such as tobacco, and smoked by a smoker.

B. On October 27, 2019, around 18:00, the Defendant smoked twice in the same manner as the description of the above paragraph at the place indicated in the above paragraph (a).

(c)

Defendant 1 added approximately 0.4g of hemp on Aluminium Nos. 0.4g at the date, time, place, and place specified in the foregoing B, attached bomin as an Aluminer, and smoked three times by way of smoke.

(d)

On November 9, 2019, the Defendant smoked marijuana at the places indicated in the above paragraph (a) at around 23:30, in the same manner as the described in the above paragraph (a).

3. Around October 26, 2019, the Defendant, holding marijuana, kept approximately 5.39g of marijuana contained in the test vinyl paper on the Htel I table in Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, Gangseo-gu Htel I table, and possessed marijuana.
